Learn to teach aerial yoga or develop your personal practice, with a focus on aerial decompression. Yoga teachers, PTs and others wellness professionals, expand your practice to include safe, sensibly sequenced aerial options. This is a fun and physical training. Prepare to move, breathe, learn to balance, grip, tie and hang hammocks, assist safely, invert and practice yoga postures using the hammock as a supportive and fun prop. Prerequisite aerial experience and familiarity with inversions in the hammock

Register for 4 aerial classes prior to training if you have not taken at least 4 aerial classes before
