Experience Yin Yoga in a community reiki setting during this dark portion of the lunar cycle, just before New Moon.
Tonight we will use crystals, an optional enhancement. Choose a crystal to accompany you during class. Robin will suggest where to place it during postures and will circulate the room with reiki. This is a full body practice to shift energy along with offering the usual benefits of yin ~ increased range of motion, hydration of the tissues including around the joints, meditative awareness and interoception, the tuning in to the inner body.
